Bethel Bible Course

To be determined; Location: Amazing Grace

Enroll in the Bethel Bible Study beginning Sunday, January 21. The study, which was developed by a Lutheran minister, is designed to provide a deeper understanding of the Biblical message. Over a period of forty weeks, it presents both the Old and the New Testament narratives in a way that enables you to see the interrelationship of events and ideas within the Scriptures. This journey through God's word has the power to change lives by helping you discover how God has blessed you and how you can be a blessing to others. The study will be taught by Ginny Gerboth, a certified Bethel teacher, who is 1984, spent three weeks in Madison, Wisconsin learning to present the material from its author, Harley Swiggum. Since then, Ginny has presented the study eight times in three different churches and, during one memorable two-year period, at a woman's maximum-security prison. The Old Testament of the study will be presented each Sunday at 7:00 pm in through the end of May 2007. It will resume with the New Testament section next fall.

The cost of the materials for the Old Testament section is $36. Couples may share materials. A sign-up sheet is attached to the easel in the narthex, or call the church office to register. Checks should be made payable to the church.

For further information, call Ginny at 646-9719.
